Project Staffing and Co-Sourcing

CCIS provides a full complement of project staffing services. From the single technical resource a project needs to solve a small problem to a full project team, including project management, to implement a major development initiative. Our personnel are experienced in the tools necessary to help clients be successful. CCIS also provides a specialized type of staffing, project co-sourcing, which provides clients with a service level agreement up front to provide qualified personnel over a period of time.

Access to Specialized Skills and Qualifications

Our branded recruiting methodology, along with our industry partnerships, allows us to provide resources in very difficult to find specialties.

Technology Transfer and Mentoring

Everyone at CCIS is expected to mentor -- we don't have specialists called mentors. All of our employees are expected to promote technology transfer to client staff.

Proven Development Methods

Having consultants with experience in the most current proven development methods, CCIS personnel can step into most projects and have an immediate impact. We can also mentor client project teams in these methods, like Agile Software Development or Extreme Programming. Our recruiting methodology is key to our success in growing our talented staff. We can share this methodology with our clients to help them grow internal staff.

Co-sourcing

Co-sourcing is an offering from CCIS that attempts to remove all the headaches IT projects have in managing the resources needed when things are fluid.

We start by creating a service level agreement for a period of time, usually one year, centered around the types of resources that a project may need on a just-in-time basis. CCIS works with the client to determine all the soft skills necessary to insure a productive team member.

From that point forward, when the client needs a supplemental resource on a project, they contact CCIS and we quickly send in a contract employee that meets the need. There is no need for clients to interview or anything – all the hassle is removed. Client managers can focus on projects and solutions, not job descriptions, contractor interviews and other less-productive tasks.

When done properly, co-sourcing results in lower costs and projects getting the resources they need in a much timelier manner, leading to fewer delays and more successful implementations.
