Chip Bullock, Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer

Chip Bullock, co-founder and CEO, has over 25 years of experience in the IT products and solutions industry. He is responsible for growing company value, insuring proper capitalization and the company's overall strategic direction, including market segmentation, pertnerships, alliances and growth strategy. Prior to founding CCIS, Mr. Bullock was President and founder of ObjectIntelligence (later digitalESP), an IT solutions firm similar to CCIS, where he was responsible for all operations for the company. Earlier in his career, he was Vice President of Information Systems for Watkins, Inc. and Consulting Manager for Analyst International Corporation. Mr. Bullock has been on the board of Directors of the National Association of Computer Consultant Businesses. He has a BA degree from Wake Forest University.

Julian Bossong, Vice President and Director of State and Federal Practice

Julian Bossong, Vice President and Director of State and Federal Practice

Mr. Bossong directs the company's State and Federal Practice. In addition to sustaining the company's S&F projects, Mr. Bossong oversees product development of the company's cGov360 platform and is focused on maximizing the value we deliver to our clients. Prior to joining CCIS, Mr. Bossong was a consultant with the Family Business Institute, where he worked with small- and medium-sized business owners in a variety of industries. Earlier in his career, Mr. Bossong spent seven years at USi, the nations largest application service provider, where he grew a $10M line of business into a $30M industry leader. His experience also includes five years in commercial and private banking at Wachovia. Mr. Bossong received his BA degree from Davidson College and earned an MBA from the University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Terri Hartinger, Director of Human Resources

Terri Hartinger, Director of Human Resources

Ms. Hartinger guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies and programs for the entire company. She is focused on ensuring the company's people resources are well-screened, trained and motivated to carry out our clients' missions. a certified SPHR, Senior Proffesional of Human Resources, she is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Raleigh-Wake Human Resource Management Association (RWHRMA). Ms. Hartinger's prior experience includes positions with General Electric and Digital Equipment Corporation. She attended the University of Buffalo.



Stephen Kellogg, Director of Defense and National Security Practice

Stephen Kellogg, Chief Information Officer

As Chief Information Officer, Mr. Kellogg is responsible for creating and achieving the overall corporate vision and direction for Enterprise Information Systems. He also serves as the Facility Security Officer, insuring that CCIS and its employees comply with all federal requirements. Additionally, Mr. Kellogg serves as Facilities Manager, overseeing things like phones, furniture and alarm systems. Mr. Kellogg received his Computer Information Systems degree from DeVry Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Ga. Mr. Kellogg served 4 years in the Coast Guard and in the following 15 plus years of his professional career, Mr. Kellogg started as a software developer and network engineer and worked his way to senior leadership, serving as Director of Management Information Systems for Pond & Company prior to joining CCIS.

David Moye, Chief Technology Officer

David Moye, Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Moye brings over 15 years of professional software engineering and technical management experience to bear in the role of Chief Technology Officer at CCIS. As CTO, Mr. Moye is directly responsible for the company's technical direction. He provides strategic input regarding software and hardware technologies to investigate and adopt, for both production and business reasons. A recognized industry thought leader in software architecture, he has BS and MS degrees in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech, and is finishing his PhD in Computer Science at North Carolina State. His ability to blend academic theory with industry application helps keep CCIS at the forefront of technology. All of the project development teams report up through Dave.

Pete Falzarano, Practice Director

Pete Falzarano, Practice Director

Mr. Falzarano is a Practice Director over the company's staffing and personnel line-of-business. Mr. Falzarano has over 13 years of experience in Information Technology as a leader of recruiting and project teams. Industries included Defense, Financial, Health Care, Energy, State Government, and Telecom. Duties have included business development, business process development, project management, project plan development, proposal development, recruiting, resource management, and retention. Mr. Falzarano holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management from the Mendoza School of Business at the University of Notre Dame and is an MBA candidate at East Carolina University.
