Welcome to our second quarterly SOS Newsletter. The dictionary defines virtuoso as a person who shows exceptional technique or ability. We hope that the information found in our newsletters every quarter can help make all of us associated with the Secretary of State domain “virtuosos” with regards to our work.
As I stated in the first Newsletter, the intent of this publication is to provide the Secretary of State community with an information vehicle that provides insight on how the general public views SOS business, addresses topical issues, answers some of your technology questions and supports you in other ways your feedback might suggest. We do not intend to “hawk our wares,” but rather provide something useful and entertaining. I hope The VirtuoSOS meets that simple goal and we would truly appreciate your input as to what you like about it, what you don’t like about it and what you would like to see in it.
We hope you will enjoy the contents of The VirtuoSOS, make it yours and glean some benefit from it.
I also hope to see many of you at the upcoming IACA conference!
Sincerely,
Chip Bullock, CEO
