CCIS CREATES NEW ONLINE CORPORATE REGISTRATION AND FILING SYSTEM

RALEIGH, NC. – June 6, 2011 – CC Intelligent Solutions (CCIS), in partnership with the District of Columbia's Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA), has created a new online corporate registration and filing system for submitting and processing corporate filings, reports, certificates of good standing, and other transactions managed by DCRA.
