Because our employees are our most valuable asset, we have put together a competitive benefits package which is continually being enhanced. Following are just some of the benefits currently offered.
Insurance
- Health - WellPath; CCIS and employee share cost
- Health Savings Account - American Health Value; CCIS contributes up to $500 per year on a quarterly basis
- Life - Prudential; CCIS provides $50,000, employee may purchase an additional one times salary up to $100,000. Participants in health plan receive additional $35,000 coverage
- Disability - UNUM; CCIS provides short and long term disability
401(k)
- Eligible to participate after 6 months of service
- CCIS matches 50% of your contribution up to 6%
Education Reimbursement
- $1200 per year (A = 100%; B = 80%; C=50%)
Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Up to 4 years service - 15 days per year, accrued at a rate of 5 hours per pay period
- 4 - 6 years service - 20 days per year, accrued at a rate of 6.67 hours per pay period
- 6+ years service - 25 days per year, accrued at a rate of 8.33 hours per pay period

CCIS has selected Employee Services, Inc., a leading provider of employee assistance programs, to administer our program. Employees have access to information and resources for:

Wellness Benefit
Employees receive a discount on monthly dues and enrollment fees at Healthtrax Fitness and Wellness, which is conveniently located near the CCIS headquarters. Healthtrax is part of the American Institute of Healthcare and Fitness, which offers a full range of health and wellness services.
Employee Referral Program
$500 for each new hire, paid after an employee has been with CCIS for 90 days.
Customer Referral Program
$1,000 for each new customer when staff is assigned.
